Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 15.06.2026
These Terms & Conditions are intended to provide clarity about how we work together. By booking services with Organisely, you agree to the following:
1. Nature of Service
Organisely provides organising and coaching support to help clients organise the things that support everyday life so they can feel calmer, more in control, and make progress in the areas of life that matter most to them.
Support is collaborative. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Organisely's services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over.
Clients may benefit from practical in-person support within the home environment where this is likely to add value to the work being undertaken.
2. Booking & Payment
The first step is a free Discovery Call.
If you choose to proceed, an Initial Session can be booked.
The Initial Session and up to three follow-up sessions are payable in advance by bank transfer.
Clients who continue beyond this point may move to a regular weekly session time, with payment collected monthly via a secure online payment system. Payments are collected automatically each month while sessions continue.
Additional charges may apply for in-person support. Where travel is required, travel time may be charged at 50% of the standard session rate on a pro-rata basis. Any additional travel costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.
Current fees are published on the Organisely website and may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect sessions that have already been booked and paid for.
3. Cancellations, Missed Sessions & Ending Services
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Organisely will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment, although availability cannot be guaranteed. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
You are free to stop services at any time.
Organisely reserves the right to take exceptional circumstances into consideration when applying cancellation charges.
Organisely reserves the right to end services immediately where necessary, including but not limited to situations involving non-payment, inappropriate behaviour, or where the working relationship is no longer safe, productive, or viable.
4. Communication
Communication is generally kept to scheduled sessions.
Support outside scheduled sessions is not included unless agreed in advance.
Clients are welcome to make contact regarding administrative matters such as scheduling, cancellations, session arrangements, or other practical matters.
5. Client Responsibility
Progress depends upon your engagement with the support provided and any actions agreed between sessions.
You agree to communicate openly and honestly throughout our work together and to take responsibility for decisions and actions arising from sessions.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with Organisely's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Information will only be shared where required by law or where there is a concern regarding safety.
7. Advice & Third Parties
Any suggestions, recommendations, resources, products, services, or strategies discussed during sessions are provided in good faith and are not guarantees of a particular outcome.
From time to time, Organisely may recommend or discuss third-party products, suppliers, contractors, tradespeople, professional organisers, service providers, apps, or other resources that may be helpful. Any decision to engage, purchase from, instruct, or work with a third party remains entirely your responsibility.
Organisely may offer suggestions, guidance, or recommendations, but clients remain responsible for decisions relating to the retention, donation, sale, recycling, or disposal of possessions, and for implementing any changes discussed during sessions.
Organisely is not responsible for the performance, conduct, availability, pricing, quality of work, products supplied, or outcomes of any third-party products or services.
